About Me
I am a self-love coach, Love Priestess, and Reiki Master. And I'm obsessively passionate about self-love because of how much it has transformed my life.
I had depression on and off for years and I remember how worn down and tired of life I was because I was not expressing who I truly was.
I was numb.
I was just floating around in the world, acting how everyone else was because everything was too painful, too triggering for me. I distracted myself from that pain by being the good student, the good girl, the one that did everything “right”, even when it was to her own detriment.
I drowned myself in work so that I didn't focus on my own thoughts and feelings. I was so dissociated from my own feelings that I lived in my head. Feeling was just too painful.
That was me just a few short years ago.
Now, after devoting myself to embodying love and prioritizing my connection to myself, I am the most in my body I have ever been in my entire life. I now understand how to clear my chakras and how to change the energetics within my body to help me explore who I truly am. I know that it is okay to feel all the feelings and how to release them when they no longer serve me.
Today, my passion lies in supporting others on the same path of love and fulfillment.
